Refund Policy
Refund is offered on faulty products only, we cannot refund if you simply change your mind.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if the products you ordered are not what you expected or you don't like them.
Natural Stress Therapy will refund you 100% of the purchase price of the products if they are faulty.
Natural Stress Therapy cannot refund the postage or shipping component.
The faulty products to be refunded must be returned to Natural Stress Therapy within 7 days in their original packaging. All postage costs are the responsibility of the clients.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the supplements and/or herbs.
